Your ACE score does not define your destiny. Awareness, empathy, and the right support can change everything.

Lived Experience with Clinical Expertise

A survivor, practitioner, and educator committed to safer futures for children.

I am a childhood abuse survivor who turned pain into purpose.

Over the years I trained as a psychotherapist and ACEs Specialist Consultant, working across education, health, social care, and community settings.

I pair my personal journey with clinical frameworks so teams do not only learn what ACEs are, they learn how to respond with confidence and care.

Therapeutic Services

Alongside training, I provide specialist psychotherapy for trauma and ACEs. My sessions integrate CBT, CPT, inner child work, and parental wound therapy in a safe and supportive environment. The goal is always to help individuals build resilience, regulate emotions, and reclaim hope.

My Philosophy

No past experience defines the future. With the right tools and support, healing and growth are possible.
